As a Holistic Practitioner Chelle works with people who are at risk of Type 2 Diabetes and women over 40 transitioning through midlife to get the answers they need to feel their best by helping them create healthy, sustainable habits that will carry them through the next chapter in life and thrive.

The Cherokee describe the state of “wellness” as “harmony between the mind-body, and spirit.” The word “ama” means water. We believe that water flows, and transports, giving life. Nothing can withstand its energy. Water is life. The word “tohi” - health - is the same as the word for peace. Your life is in good health when your body is at peace.

Chelle is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Holistic Nutrition, and Whole Foods Culinary Specialist, and a trained Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach. Using evidence-based principles and Lifestyle Medicine Chelle supports adult women seeking holistic solutions while walking through mid-life and peri-menopause and searching for lifestyle improvement, nutrition, and health. Chelle helps guide clients toward achievable health and well-being. Her specialty areas are women’s health issues, such as peri-menopause, pre, and type-2 diabetes, stress management, sleep hygiene, nutrition, and mindfulness.
