About Chelle

Chelle is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Holistic Nutrition, and Whole Foods Culinary Specialist, and a trained Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach. Using evidence-based principles and Lifestyle Medicine Chelle supports adult women seeking holistic solutions while walking through mid-life and peri-menopause and searching for lifestyle improvement, nutrition, and health. Chelle helps guide clients toward achievable health and well-being. Her specialty areas are women’s health issues, such as peri-menopause, pre, and type-2 diabetes, stress management, sleep hygiene, nutrition, and mindfulness.

Chelle is a wife, mom, dog mom, and a registered Tribal Member of the Cherokee Nation. Chelle loves making jewelry with Tahitian pearls and hand-made traditional Lei po’o (flower crowns)!  Holistic Wellness is her passion, and because of her love for moving her body daily, she has never met a piece of chocolate or cheese that she doesn’t deserve. Chelle loves to cook, read, train with her dogs, and paddleboard. She’s a SoCal girl that embraces her Native American heritage.
